Doug Bumstead is a founding partner of Walker-Bumstead.  He celebrated 25 years in the business in 2004.  Doug is a life qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table.  He has achieved the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Charter Financial Consultants (CHFC) and Chartered Financial Planner (CFP) designations.  Doug developed the Virtual Benefits Model, a self insured Health and Dental Plan, but specializes in planning all aspects of your retirement. 

He is a Director of the Grey Granite Curling Club, on the GBRHC Foundation Board’s Planned Giving Committee, as well as the Grey Bruce Community Foundation Board.  He enjoys golfing, and boating in summer, as well as hockey, skiing and snowmobiling in the winter.

Murray Rennie is our London Life specialist.  He celebrated 25 years in the business in 2005.  He is past master of North Star Masonic Lodge, and a member of the Rameses Shrine Club. Murray enjoys curling in the winter at Bluewater Curling Club.

He is married with 3 children, and 4 grandchildren.

Helen Hobbs is Personal Assistant to Doug Bumstead.  She came to Walker-Bumstead in 2003 with 11 years administrative experience.  Helen has a 2 year diploma in Business and a 1 year legal secretarial program.  She is married and has 2 children.

Justin Bumstead is the newest member of the Walker-Bumstead family, specializing in group benefits.  He is a member of “Team International Allstars”, enjoys custom car shows in the summer, and plays hockey and snowmobiles in the winter.
